The Hague University of Applied SciencesThe Hague University of Applied Sciences consists of faculties, research groups and service departments. More than 25,000 students are enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or post-graduate programme at one of the four sites and more than 1900 people work at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, 65% of whom are in an education-related position and 35% in a support position. The lecturers, partners and 26,000 students from nearly 150 different countries are dedicated to this development every day.
Karnataka Innovation and Technology SocietyKarnataka Innovation and Technology Society (Formerly Karnataka Biotechnology and Information Technology Services), a society duly registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960.
Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society assist the department of IT, BT and S & T in creating an enabling ecosystem for the development of the Information Technology and Biotechnology industry in the state through policy facilitation and investment promotion; promoting startups and entrepreneurs to encourage innovation and use of technology to propagate solutions in multiple sectors; generating employment for the state’s youth by taking up skilling and re-skilling of people to create a ready pool of talent for the industry and; interfacing with industry, academia and R&D institutes on various matters of interest, new technology areas, collaboration with other countries/cities. |
Government of KarnatakaThe Government of Karnataka, officially known as Karnataka Sarakara, is a democratically elected body with the governor as the constitutional head. The governor who is appointed for five years appoints the chief minister and on the advice of the chief minister appoints his council of ministers. Even though the governor remains theceremonial head of the state, the day-to-day running of the government is taken care of by the chief minister and his council of ministers in whom a great amount of legislative powers are vested. Centre of Excellence in Cyber SecurityThe CoE in Cyber Security was formed in 2017 by Govt of Karnataka, as part of the Technology Innovation Strategy, to promote the cyber-safe and conducive environment for industry collaboration, address the skill gaps, build awareness and facilitate innovation in this emerging technology field of Cyber Security.
The center of Excellence shall also facilitate standardization and best practices for information security across industry domains, foster innovation, research & development and conduct some of the high-end-in-house-training programs within Cyber Security Technologies. To make Karnataka as a technology hub of cyber security and to enable cyber safety for all, the center for Excellence pursues the following goals:
